Job Title : Senior IST (Information System and Technology) Executive
Department : Operations

Job Summary:
To apply information systems professional knowledge and experience in providing solutions to hardware and software systems to contribute to the achievement of clients’ requirements and delivery of work required within the specifications and project timelines

Typical Responsibilities
§ Plan and design tasks required to deliver the technology solution according to project guidelines and timelines
§ Evaluate software and/or hardware from a technical perspective and make recommendations
§ Independently monitor and maintain assigned systems and install approved hardware and/or software of moderate size or complexity to ensure operational availability
§ Produce high level system design as the basis for development of more detailed designs
§ Ensure that minimum downtime is encountered by the users due to hardware or software faults
§ Ensure all software utilized complies with the software copyright laws
§ Manage all hardware and software resources in the company efficiently and systematically
§ Define and initiate new technology product evaluation that is in line with the business strategy
§ Prepare comprehensive evaluation study of any new technology or third party products and technology (software and hardware) that can be implemented into the business
§ Participate in liaison with suppliers, pricing and delivery negotiations and monitor of external contractor performance
§ Keep abreast of technology changes and recommend changes that can be incorporated into the business
§ Ensure all systems and data are protected against disasters, software viruses or unauthorized intrusion

Typical Position Pre-requisites:
§ University degree in Computer Science
§ 2 to 5 years IST working experience in multinational companies environments
§ Effective communications skills
§ Fast Learner, Hard worker, and a team player
§ PHP, Mysql, Bash Script , Linux
