*Project Manager*
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience as Functional Lead in Financial Services Project is required - At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in supporting business system. Experience with .Net technology knowledge is preferred. - Domain knowledge of Financial Services is essential. - Good communication skills and strong business and system analytical skills are prerequisite for the job. - Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision and provide feedback to user / functional manager of status.

*Senior Developer*
- At least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or distributed component based, especially .NET) - Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications - Strong in logic and algorithm - Experience with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and skills on Software Architecture - Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services) - Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies) - Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages) - RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server) - Experience in a mentoring/coaching role - Good leadership skills and experience in leading development teams
