CAREER OPPORTUNITY Our company is currently looking for candidates to be positioned as : HR COORDINATOR Qualifications : 1. Male / Female, age between 32-45 years old 2. Minimum S1 graduated from reputable university, Majoring in Law 3. 5 years experience in the same / similar position, preferably have experience in large Industrial / Engineering and Construction Organization. 4. Good in English both written and oral 5. Having strong knowledge and experience in Manpower Regulations (including PKWT, PKWTT, Outsourcing, Jamsostek, JKDK, etc) 6. Having strong knowledge and experience in all HR duties and system (recruitment, remuneration, training, promotion, performance appraisal, etc) 7. Having strong capability in Industrial Relationship fields 8. Having strong personality and able to work under pressure 9. Good interpersonal / communication skills.
