JCI Kimberley Executive Search International’s client, a renowned AUTOMOTIVE MULTINATIONAL company, is currently seeking for the following position:
AREA SALES MANAGER Based in Jakarta, manages East Java and East Indonesia area (Bali, Sulawesi and Kalimantan) at strategic level
MAIN JOB PURPOSES
Strategically: Develop, organize, coordinate, guide and control, as well as participate in all of the activities related to realizing projects defined in the context of Sales or other Sales Activities in the certain area as on Network and Channel Development, Dealership Development or variations/Improvements.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Actively develop hi-potential market in regional (either province or island) territory • Fully involving in creating aggressive sales strategy • Participate in customer requirements/product and following up • Design aggressive sales project and scheduling • Plan and participate in project regular Sales • Participate and lead in “Sales & Marketing Network Development Meetings”. • Maintain close cooperation with Main Dealers, Dealers and other Sales Channel as well. • Stimulate continuous process improvement Participate in materials as well as market requirement
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer preferably) MM or MBA is desirable
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
At least 5 years of working experience in the Sales area (5 – 15 is the range), whereas at least 3 years of the total experience is in one company, preferably in MNC either in Automotive industries (2W or 4W) or FMCG.
