Our client, a large national coal mining & energy company, is currently seeking for the following position:
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT MANAGER - Sales & Logistics Based in Jakarta
JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Negotiating contract with buyers. This manager will interact directly with the buyers on behalf of Directors, from the negotiation process until signing 2. Ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations 3. Coordinating with sales, logistics and finance to ensure that the company is delivering its obligations and the buyers delivering theirs (this includes delivery of coal, payment, etc).
